What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept bank transfer (to our POSB bank account), or cash for meetups.
For our international customers, paypal is accepted.

How much is postage?
Depending on the weight of your items, postage would range between $0.80 to $3.35.

How many days will shipping take?
Singpost would take 3-4 working days to mail our parcels to you.

When do you deliver?
We deliver on every Tuesday and Fridays.

Am I able to track an order?
You may opt for registered postage, by adding SGD2.40 to your normal postage fees. For tracking your registered article, please check with Singpost using your RA number which would be provided to you after we have mailed your parcel.

Am I able to collect my order from you?
Meetup services are available for purchases over SGD$50 and above.
If you would like to pick up your order yourself, we can arrange for a meeup at either Bukit Batok MRT station, Clementi MRT station or any MRT stations in town.
Meetup will only be held according to seller's convenience.
All meetup require a full payment before the day of meetup.

What is your mailing policy?
Haus of Makeup is not responsible for any mail lost or damaged in the delivery process. All fragile items would be bubble-wrapped.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do. Payment would be by Paypal and the shipping fees would be calculated according to the weight of your parcel.

Can I cancel my order?
As your order is processed immediately, you will not be able to cancel your order once you have confirmed payment.

Are your products legitimate?
Haus of Makeup only carries products which we have gotten directly from the brand or an authorised distributor. All products are 100% authentic..

If something I want is out of stock, will you alert me when it is in stock again?
Of course, just email hausofmakeup@gmail.com and include the name of the item you are looking for we will put you in our waiting list and inform you as soon as it is back in stock.

Can I request/suggest a product?
Sure! Please feel free to share product requests with us via iamicefrost@hotmail.com. Please keep in mind we cannot guarantee every customer request.
